In this article I’m going to talk about how I improved my productivity, and also my mental health, by following these simple daily rules.

I won’t bother you with scientific facts, rather I’ll just tell you what I did precisely.

Wake up 10 minutes before the sunrise

Wake up 10 minutes before the sunrise. Don’t take your phone, don’t read yesterday’s messages, don’t scroll on social media, nothing.

Wake up before the sunrise, don’t take your phone, dress up and go outside for 10–20 minutes. You’ll feel refreshed and, fun fact, you won’t have the need for your morning coffee too.

Physical Exercise

You don’t need to go to the gym and workout for 1:30h three times per week. Walk a lot daily, you can use your 10–20 minutes of morning sunlight to have a small walk. You can also use your lunch break for a walk, maybe after lunch so you can digest better and won’t feel grumpy.

During the day, do some squats. Do some push ups. Do 30 jumping jacks.

Start small and simple.

Don’t eat too many…
